The National Museum of Wales, officially opened in 1927 and is located in the heart of the city centre of Cardiff. The wide range of exhibits housed at the museum illustrate the art, archaeology and the geological evolution of Wales and there is a busy programme of exhibitions and events throughout the year.
There are dedicated spaces for disabled visitors in car park which is situated behind the Museum. Entrance and exit is by token - collect your token as you enter the Car Park and get it validated at the Museum Shop before leaving this is free to blue badge holders. There is also designated on street parking for blue badge holders.
