We are pleased to announce that we have finally sourced funding from

Shropshire & Telford Destination Management Partnership and The Clothworker’s Foundation

for the production, publishing and distribution of the long awaited update of our attractions guide for Shropshire.

The Wheelchair Users Guide to Accessible Tourist Attractions

and Holiday Accommodation for Shropshire (4th edition)

 

Among the attractions featured are Wroxeter Roman City, The Ironbridge Gorge Museums, the Severn Valley Railway and the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre.

It also includes a section with useful information on a selection of excellent hotels, B&B's and self catering properties within the county.

The Wheelchair Users Guide to Accessible Chester and Cheshire

 

 

We now have a guide designed to accompany the web pages for Cheshire and that gives details of the many accessible places to visit and stay in the county.

Amongst the heritage attractions featured are Anderton Boat Lift, Tatton Park, Chester Cathedral and the Macclesfield Silk Museums. Family days out include Chester Zoo, the Blue Planet Aquarium and Gullivers Kingdom. There are 13 countryside trails including the Wirral Way and the Salt Line.

It also includes a section with useful information on accessible transport and a selection of excellent hotels, B&B's and self catering properties.
